The FL factory spent a lot of money to create the first real micro-painted enamel watch in the replica world. It is different from ordinary enamel, resin, inkjet, and printed matter on the market. Enamel is divided into filled enamel, filigree enamel and micro-painted enamel. Among them, micro-painted enamel is the most difficult to make, has the strongest artistic effect, and is also the most expensive, so it ranks first among the “Seven Swiss Arts”. There are only a few enamellers left in the watch industry, and even fewer are able to do micro-painting. To make a micro-painted enamel dial, you need to use a mink-like brush (about ½ the size of a human hair) to paint with a high-power microscope magnification as an auxiliary tool. Each layer of painting must be baked at a high temperature (about 800°) to keep the color constant. Build up to a dazzling brilliance. During the production process, the weight of the strokes, the change of the paint, and the temperature settings of different steps may cause the dial to change color, crack, deformation, pores, trachoma and other problems, and the scrap rate is extremely high. The finished micro-painted enamel dial is not afraid of any years of baptism, and can maintain the gorgeousness of the moment it is released from the beginning to the end. This is why once a watch involves micro-painting enamel technology, even simple functions will sell for sky-high prices. Patek Philippe 5089G-061 is officially named “Fishing on the Taigas River”, while 5089G-062 is named “One Day’s Receipt”. The design is inspired by tiles commonly found in Portugal and throughout southern Spain, where the tiles are arranged in a mural pattern in a mosaic-like style. Using trompe l’oeil technology, the appearance of the tiles is realistically presented, as if the entire dial is composed of many tiny tiles. This micro-painted enamel dial is like a blue steel needle, and the real thing is even more stunning from different angles. The simple and capable Calatrava round case is extremely low-key, and the 38.6mm watch is synchronized with the authentic product, which is very business and leisure. The movement is also full of sincerity. It is equipped with a customized version of the original two-needle pearl tuo movement, which can greatly reduce the failure rate. The synchronous genuine craftsmanship of the dial is completed through repeated firing at a high temperature of 700°-850°C and 16 layers of manual micro-painting. Note: The dials are all hand-painted micro-painted, and there are no exactly the same patterns. Genuine Logo strokes can not be neat. The micro-painting enamel process on the verge of extinction, the FL factory is meticulously crafted, and the classics are reproduced. Welcome all watch friends and big names in the watch industry to taste
